- Holds the highest level of both oral and written English language skills
- Holds, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent professional qualification
- Have exposure to, or experience within, the iGaming sector and understands the complexity of regulatory needs in relevant legal jurisdictions
The responsibilities
- Managing overall legal work and ensuring that all commercial contracts safeguard Nolimit’s interests, managing litigation and any legal disputes, as well as intellectual property protection and other general legal matters
- Implementing internal and external Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies
- Project management in managing the resourcing and successful application for gaming licenses in several select regulated jurisdictions
- Intellectual property and Trade Mark registrations
- Prepare and submit required notifications, reports and other filings required by competent regulatory authorities
- Deal with and respond to complaints concerning compliance with license conditions and requirements
- Assume the role of MLRO and assist with Board Meeting minutes
- Create, distribute and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines for compliance with license conditions and requirements and industry standards
- Provide internal training on compliance policies, procedures and guidelines
- Manage regulatory risk for the Company
- Advise on whether and how to operate in relevant markets where the Company is not licensed
- Experience in day to day regulatory compliance tasks and reporting requirements
- Knowledge in Gaming Laws & Regulations, AML, Responsible Gaming and Data Protection regulations
- Strong research skills on new markets and regulations
- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
